Branch Operation Manager - Bank (1-8 yrs)

Job description

- To achieve monthly targets across KPIs, CA, SA, TD, Wealth products both on numbers and values.

- Grow liabilities book (CA, SA, TD) of mapped portfolio at client/family level through regular client meetings and update CRM meetings daily.

- Ensure portfolio quality at client/family level by engaging with client to maintain required product/program balances.

- Increase income product holding and group income product holding of the mapped portfolio through cross-sell &up-sell.

- Acquire new HNI customers for the bank, ensure smooth on-boarding and relationship growth through constant engagement.

- Generate revenue for the bank by offering various products and services to customers.

- Build strong customer referral model from mapped portfolio to add more NTB customer for the bank.
