Profile: Regional Head Private Wealth

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced RH to join our team. As an

Regional Head, you will be responsible for providing sophisticated investment advice and managing sales Team for Wealth products and curated solutions to HNI/UHNI clients. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of financial markets, a proven track record in managing investment portfolios, and exceptional interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships.

Responsibilities/KPIs:

- Develop and maintain strong, trusted relationships with the team for HNI/UHNI clients.

- Understand clients' financial objectives, risk tolerance, and investment preferences to tailor personalized

- To handle entire Kerala as a Regional Head for Private wealth and market developments to identify opportunities & risks.

- Manage the big size team and strategy making for investment product processing

- Help team to Acquire new clients (via references from existing clients & open market) and Increase engagement of existing clients by providing complete financial planning solutions & portfolio reviews.

- Accountable to achieve annual targets on AUM & revenue in the respective geography. Aiming for consistent growth of customer wallet share and book size.

- Participate in client meetings, presentations, and educational seminars to showcase the firm's capabilities and expertise.

Qualifications:

- Must have completed an MBA from a premier business school. CFP, CWM, NISM or other relevant certifications preferred.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in investment management, wealth advisory, or related financial services roles.

- Good communication & presentation skills. English is mandatory and a command of the local language would be beneficial.

- Proven track record of successfully managing investment portfolios for HNI/UHNI clients.

- Deep understanding of financial markets, investment products & asset allocation framework.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients, articulate investment concepts, and deliver compelling presentations.

- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple client relationships in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Demonstrated commitment to ethical conduct, fiduciary responsibility, and compliance with regulatory.
