Responsibilities:
Client Education and Consultation:
Engage with potential clients to understand their needs, challenges, and aspirations related to diabetes management.
Clearly communicate the value proposition of HumLife360's subscription services, emphasizing how it can positively impact their lives.
Personalized Guidance:
Provide empathetic and personalized guidance to clients, understanding their unique circumstances and tailoring solutions to their needs.
Act as a mentor and advocate for clients as they navigate their journey toward stable diabetic levels and a fulfilling lifestyle.
Subscription Enrollment:
Lead the end-to-end sales process, from initial contact to enrollment in a subscription plan ensuring a smooth and positive experience for clients
Address any concerns, objections, or questions that clients may have regarding the subscription.
Relationship Building:
Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and confidence in HumLife360's services.
Maintain regular follow-up with clients to monitor progress and provide ongoing support.
Targets and Reporting:
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Provide regular reports on sales activities, client interactions, and progress toward targets.
Qualifications:
Passion for Empowerment: A genuine passion for helping individuals with diabetes lead healthier, more fulfilling lives.
Strong Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and compelling manner.
Empathy: High degree of empathy and the ability to connect with clients on a personal level.
Sales Skills: Proven track record in sales, preferably in healthcare or wellness-related industries.
Diabetes Knowledge: Basic understanding of diabetes management principles and a willingness to learn more.
Consultative Approach: Ability to listen actively, understand client needs, and provide tailored solutions.
Time Management: Excellent organizational and time management skills to effectively manage client interactions and meet sales targets.
Team Player: Willingness to collaborate with various teams and contribute to the overall success of HumLife 360.
