Subscription Enrollment:
Lead the end-to-end sales process, from initial contact to enrollment in a subscription plan ensuring a smooth and positive experience for clients
Address any concerns, objections, or questions that clients may have regarding the subscription.
Relationship Building:
Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and confidence in HumLife360s services.
Maintain regular follow-up with clients to monitor progress and provide ongoing support.
Targets and Reporting:
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Provide regular reports on sales activities, client interactions, and progress toward targets.

Diabetes Knowledge: Basic understanding of diabetes management principles and a willingness to learn more.
Consultative Approach: Ability to listen actively, understand client needs, and provide tailored solutions.
Time Management: Excellent organizational and time management skills to effectively manage client interactions and meet sales targets.

A bachelors degree in a science-related or management field is required.
At least four years of experience is ideal; however, candidates with a strong service ethic, including recent graduates, are encouraged to apply.
Experience or knowledge in diabetes management is preferred.
Proficiency in social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Twitter.
Ability to create and deliver clear presentations to groups, individuals, and clients.
Strong proficiency in MS Office, Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides, as well as web research and mobile device navigation.
Exceptional communication skills are required.
Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi is mandatory.
