Position Overview:

We are seeking highly qualified and experienced Safety Officers who are ready to take on the responsibility of ensuring workplace safety across large-scale textile manufacturing units. The right candidate will bring specialized knowledge of industrial safety and a commitment to upholding the highest safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct regular safety audits, inspections, and assessments to identify and mitigate hazards.

- Develop, implement, and monitor safety policies and procedures, ensuring full compliance with industrial safety standards.

- Provide safety training and awareness programs for employees and management.

- Lead incident investigations, identify root causes, and implement corrective measures.

- Maintain accurate and comprehensive safety records and documentation.

- Ensure alignment with all regulatory and safety requirements.

Qualifications:

- Mandatory Diploma in Industrial Safety from one of the following accredited institutes:

- Central Labour Institute, Ministry of Labour, Government of India, Bombay

Regional Labour Institute, Calcutta

Regional Labour Institute, Kanpur

Regional Labour Institute, Madras

- Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Safety Officer in an industrial or manufacturing setting, with a strong preference for experience in the textile sector.

- Extensive knowledge of OSHA regulations, safety protocols, and industry best practices.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to foster a culture of safety and compliance.

- Proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to continuous improvement in safety practices.
