Job Title: Senior Architectural Draughtsman

Reports to: Senior Architect

Job Summary:
The Architectural Draughtsman will be responsible for creating detailed technical drawings and plans for projects.This role involves translating concepts and designs from architects into detailed and accurate technical drawings, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards of DCPR 2034

Qualifications, Experience and Skills:
• A minimum of 8-10 years of experience as a Civil Draughtsman.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other drafting software.
• Strong understanding and knowledge of DCPR.
• Excellent skills in quantitative calculations and material take-offs.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Prepare detailed architectural and engineering drawings using AutoCAD and other relevant
software.
• Ensure all drawings comply with DCPR (Development Control and Promotion Regulations) and
other applicable standards.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to develop accurate and
comprehensive drawings.
• Perform quantitative calculations and prepare material take-offs for project estimation.
• Review and revise drawings based on feedback from the project team and ensure timely
completion of deliverables.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all drawings and related documents.
