Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and proactive individual who is passionate about providing exceptional technical support to our valued customers.

Responsibilities
- Gain in-depth knowledge of the company s platforms and features to provide effective support to customers.
- Offer technical and functional assistance to customers utilizing our platform, ensuring their issues and concerns are addressed promptly.
- Resolve various queries and issues from both international and domestic clients, striving to provide exceptional customer service.
- Coordinate and arrange technical training sessions for customers, ensuring they have a comprehensive understanding of the software.
- Communicate and train clients on using the software, providing clear instructions and prerequisites for a seamless user experience.
- Assist with data entry tasks, including uploading data onto the assessment platform, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Identify opportunities for enhancement or functional improvement in the platform, providing valuable feedback to the development team.
- Test new features and the platform itself to ensure quality assurance and a smooth user experience.
- Interact with clients via email, live chat, or phone to resolve queries promptly and professionally
Qualifications and Requirements
- Any graduate is eligible to apply.
- Should be available to work in shifts from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM or 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM, Monday to Saturday.
- Basic computer knowledge, including proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Prior experience in a similar field as technical support will be considered an added advantage.
