✔️ Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and conflict resolution
✔️ Drive performance management and employee engagement initiatives
✔️ Support talent acquisition, onboarding, and workforce planning
✔️ Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
✔️ Implement HR policies and drive organizational culture
✔️ Work closely with leadership to enhance team productivity and morale
