SAP PP/QM Consultant - Implementation & Support (5-10 yrs)

Job Title : SAP PPQM Consultant

Location : Hyderabad

Experience : 5-10 Years

Responsibilities :

- Manage and maintain PP master data, including Material Master, Bill of Materials (BOM), Work Center (WC), and Routing.

- Implement and manage Change Numbers and relevant notifications.

- Handle Approved Manufacturing Part Lists (AMPC).

- Manage Classification Info Records (CIS/CIR) and Classification Info Systems.

- Implement and support Engineering Change Management processes.

- Work with C-folders (Portal-related applications).

- Configure and manage Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) - Constant and Flexible Planning.

- Implement and manage Long-Term Planning and Demand Management.

- Configure and execute Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and Capacity Planning.

- Manage shop floor activities and production execution.

- Manage QM master data, including inspection plans, master inspection characteristics, and quality certificates.

- Implement and manage batch management and serial number management in the supply chain.

- Manage master data in QM, including execution, MRP, serialized manufacturing, and batch management.

- Manage SAP Production Cycle and PP-PI processes.

- Configure and customize SAP PP and QM modules to meet specific business requirements.

- Develop and implement enhancements and custom reports as needed.

- Ensure seamless integration between PP and QM modules.

- Create Functional Specifications (FS) for enhancements, developments, custom reports, and all WRICEF objects.

- Develop process documents, design documents, and Business Process Procedures (BPP).

- Prepare presentations and workshop materials for FS, blueprints, and test documentation.

- Develop and execute test plans and test cases.

- Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

- Identify and resolve defects and issues.

- Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions.

- Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Conduct training sessions for end-users.

Required Skills :

- Strong knowledge of PP master data management (Material Master, BOM, WC, Routing, Change Numbers, AMPC, CIS/CIR, Engineering Change Management, C-folders).

- Experience with Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP), Long-Term Planning, Demand Management, MRP, and Capacity Planning.

- In-depth knowledge of QM master data management, including inspection plans, master inspection characteristics, and quality certificates.

- Experience in configuring and customizing SAP PP and QM modules.

- Experience with batch management and serial number management.

- Familiarity with SAP Production Cycle and PP-PI processes.

- Ability to create FS, process documents, design documents, BPP, presentations, and test documentation.

Required Experience :

- 5-10 years of experience as an SAP PPQM Consultant.

- Proven experience in implementing and supporting SAP PP and QM modules.

- Strong experience in PP master data management, planning, and execution.

- Strong experience in QM master data management and execution.
