Technical Lead - Full Stack Development (6-8 yrs)

The ideal candidate will be proficient in both front-end and back-end technologies, capable of leading projects, and experienced in developing scalable, secure, and high-performing systems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Application Development : Build, maintain, and enhance scalable web and mobile applications using modern frameworks and tools.

- End-to-End Development : Take ownership of the complete product lifecycle, from requirement gathering and system design to front-end, back-end, and database integration.

- Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, project managers, and stakeholders, to translate business needs into technical solutions.

- Code Quality : Ensure the code base is clean, efficient, and maintainable by following best practices, implementing testing frameworks, and conducting peer reviews.

- Leadership : Lead teams in adopting the latest technologies, defining project road maps, and delivering high-quality results on time.

- Technical Problem-Solving : Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner to ensure smooth application performance and user satisfaction.

- Mentorship : Guide and mentor junior developers to foster growth and enhance team capabilities.

Required Skills :

- Front-End Development : Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, ReactJS, AngularJS, JavaScript, and jQuery.

- Back-End Development : Expertise in NodeJS and PHP, with a strong understanding of server-side technologies.

- Database Management : Hands-on experience with MongoDB, MySQL, and DynamoDB, including query optimization and schema design.

- Cloud & API : Proficiency in AWS services and RESTful API integration for scalable and secure applications.
