Business Development Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Business Development Executive to promote the Hudupu app to boutique owners. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving boutique sign-ups, ensuring successful onboarding, and providing ongoing support until they are self-reliant. You will play a key role in gathering feedback to help improve the product by collaborating with various internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Boutique Outreach and Promotion:
• Identify and visit prospective boutiques.
• Explain Hudupu's product features and benefits to boutique owners.
• Deliver engaging product demos to showcase how Hudupu simplifies their operations.
• Customer Onboarding and Support:
• Facilitate boutique sign-ups on the Hudupu platform.
• Guide new users through the initial stages, ensuring smooth adoption of the app.
• Provide ongoing support and assistance until boutiques become self-reliant.
• Feedback and Coordination:
• Collect feedback from boutiques about their experience with Hudupu.
• Collaborate with the support, and marketing teams to suggest improvements and enhancements based on user insights.
• Tracking and Reporting:
• Monitor boutique adoption rates and track key performance metrics.
• Share regular updates with the management team about progress and challenges.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional and presentable demeanor
• Prior experience in sales, business development, or customer support is an advantage.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
• Problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
• Self-motivated, with the ability to manage tasks independently and achieve results
• Preferably possess a vehicle for commuting to various boutique locations
• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Fluent in English, Kannada, and Hindi
