askabidwriter.com is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Opportunity Tracker for the USA to identify RFP (Request for Proposal) opportunities across federal, state, and county levels. This role is vital to supporting our clients by ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is uploaded to our bidding portal. You will be part of a dynamic team working to identify valuable opportunities for specific sectors and maintain a well-organized RFP bidding portal.


Key Responsibilities


  • Opportunity Identification: Search designated USA websites for RFP opportunities in specific sectors, ensuring comprehensive coverage of federal, state, and county-level bids. You will work in a wider team and be responsible for specific States.
  • Data Entry and Management: Accurately upload RFP details onto the bidding portal and maintain up-to-date records on Google Sheets.
  • Source Expansion: Proactively identify and document new websites and platforms hosting RFPs to expand the pool of opportunities.
  • Social Media Monitoring: Utilize social media platforms to identify and track RFP opportunities relevant to our portal customers.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with a wider team to ensure no duplication of efforts and maximize efficiency in opportunity tracking.
  • Quality Assurance: Regularly review data entries for accuracy and consistency, ensuring the highest standards of service delivery.
  • Deadline Management: Meet strict deadlines for uploading and reporting RFP opportunities to ensure clients receive timely updates.
  • Newsletter Management: Develop daily Mailchimp business leads newsletters for our customers.

Qualifications and Skills


Essential Skills:


  • High level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Attention to detail to ensure precision in tracking and uploading opportunities.
  • Strong proficiency in technology tools such as Outlook, Excel, Google Docs, and Google Sheets.
  • Effective time management and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong teamworking skills, ensuring seamless collaboration with colleagues.

Desirable Skills:

  • Familiarity with RFPs, government procurement, or bidding processes.
  • Experience in social media research for business opportunities.
  • Knowledge of the US federal, state, and county procurement systems.
