Urgently Required Data Entry Operator-Koramangala / BTM Bhive Location

We are seeking detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Operators to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for accuracy, excellent typing speed, and the ability to work with large volumes of data. As a Data Entry Operator, you will play a key role in ensuring that our records, databases, and systems are maintained and updated accurately.  

Key Responsibilities

1. Data Management:
   
• Enter and update data into databases, spreadsheets, and software systems accurately.
• Verify and cross-check data entries for errors and inconsistencies.
• Perform regular data backups to secure information.
2. Document Handling:
   
• Organize and file physical and electronic documents as required.
• Retrieve and process data from various sources such as scanned documents, emails, or system outputs.
3. Data Accuracy and Quality Control:
   
• Conduct routine quality checks on completed work to ensure compliance with accuracy standards.
• Resolve discrepancies and seek clarification for ambiguous data.
4. Collaboration:
   
• Work closely with other team members to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Provide support to other departments as needed for data-related tasks.
5. Confidentiality:
   
• Handle sensitive data responsibly and maintain strict confidentiality.
• Comply with organizational policies and data protection regulations.

Qualifications and Skills

• Education:
  High school diploma or equivalent. Additional certification in typing, data entry, or computer applications is a plus.
• Skills and Abilities:
  
• Proficiency in typing with a high degree of accuracy.
• Familiarity with data entry software, spreadsheet tools (e.g., MS Excel, Google Sheets), and database management systems.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors or inconsistencies.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience:
Prior experience in data entry, clerical, or administrative roles is preferred.
