Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Presales professional to support our sales teams in the delivery and sale of lending solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients to understand their needs, demonstrate the capabilities of our lending products, and help tailor the solution to their business requirements. This role combines technical expertise with strong communication skills to influence key decision-makers and drive sales success.

What You'll Do:

- Client Interaction:

- Engage with clients to understand their lending requirements, processes, and pain points.

- Provide expertise on the full range of lending solutions and identify opportunities for improvement and automation.

- Conduct discovery sessions and requirements gathering to align the proposed solutions with client needs.

- Solution Presentation and Demonstration:

- Deliver tailored product demonstrations, showcasing the features and benefits of lending solutions.

- Develop and present compelling value propositions for prospective clients.

- Assist in the preparation of sales proposals and presentations, ensuring all technical and business aspects are addressed.

- Technical Expertise:

- Act as the subject matter expert (SME) on lending platforms, software, and solutions.

- Provide insights into industry best practices and regulatory considerations that affect lending operations.

- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure feasibility and alignment of the solution with client needs.

- Collaboration with Sales and Product Teams:

- Work closely with sales and business development teams to support sales cycles from initial contact to closing.

- Provide detailed technical insights to support pricing and solution positioning.

- Assist in creating proposals, RFP responses, and bid documentation.

- Market and Product Knowledge:

- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in lending technology, regulations, and market demands.

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of product offerings by providing feedback from clients and prospects.

- Post-Sales Support:

- Support smooth handovers from sales to implementation teams, ensuring proper alignment of client requirements.

- Occasionally assist in post-sale support and training for clients.

Who You Need to Be:


- 7+ years of experience in presales, business analysis, or solution engineering, ideally within the lending or financial services sector.

- Strong understanding of lending processes, including loan origination, servicing, underwriting, and collections.

- Familiarity with lending technology platforms, digital transformation in lending, and automation tools is desirable.

- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

- Strong problem-solving abilities and consultative selling skills.

- Experience with CRM software, presentation tools (e.g., PowerPoint), and document creation.

- Ability to work in cross-functional teams and handle multiple stakeholders.

- Highly organized with excellent time management skills.

- A self-starter with a results-driven mindset and a passion for technology and innovation.

- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues.
