Job Description

As a Senior SDET Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining automation frameworks, creating test plans, and executing end-to-end testing processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality software delivery. This role requires a deep understanding of automation tools and frameworks, as well as excellent problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain robust test automation frameworks using Python, Pandas, and Selenium WebDriver.
• Work with product teams to understand requirements and identify test strategies and plans for new features.
• Create, execute, and maintain automated test cases for web and mobile applications.
• Perform thorough regression testing, bug identification, and reporting.
• Collaborate with developers to identify areas of improvement and ensure high-quality code.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers on best practices in test automation.
• Continuously enhance automation frameworks, ensuring scalability and reusability.
• Contribute to building CI/CD pipelines for test automation.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Experience: 6+ years of relevant experience in Automation Testing using Selenium WebDriver and Python.
• Expertise in:
• Strong experience with Selenium WebDriver automation tool.
• Hands-on experience with Python (with at least 2 years working with Pandas).
• In-depth understanding of building and maintaining automation frameworks from scratch.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical topics clearly and concisely.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment and take ownership of automation processes.
• Strong debugging skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues quickly.
• Previous experience in SDET (Software Development Engineer in Test) roles will be an advantage.
