Job Title: Marketing and Lead Generation Specialist
Employment Type: Hybrid

Full-Time Experience: 6+ Years

Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing and Lead Generation Specialist to drive our growth
and expand our market presence.

Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Marketing:
• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our deep tech products
and solutions.
• Identify target markets, customer segments, and competitive positioning to maximize market
reach and brand visibility.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals and
product roadmaps. 2. Lead Generation:
• Design and implement effective lead generation campaigns across various channels (digital
marketing, email marketing, social media, events, etc.).
• Responsible for the full lead generation funnel: identifying potential customers, generating high-
quality leads, and nurturing them through the sales funnel.
• Update and maintain CRM systems to track lead progress and ensure accurate data
management.
• Monitor and analyze lead generation metrics, providing regular reports and insights to optimize
campaign performance. 3. Digital Marketing:
• Oversee digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media advertising.
• Optimize the company website for lead generation, user experience, and search engine visibility.
• Leverage marketing automation tools to streamline and enhance marketing efforts.
4. Campaign Management:
• Lead campaign management efforts to ensure successful execution and alignment with
marketing goals.
• Work closely with technical teams to translate complex technical concepts into clear, marketable
messaging.
• Manage the content calendar and ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms. 5. Collaboration and Team Leadership:
• Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work
environment.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and engineering teams to align marketing efforts with business
objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or advanced
    degree preferred.
    • 6+ years of experience in marketing and lead generation, preferably within the deep tech or
    technology Sector.
    • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and lead
    generation campaigns.
    • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, techniques, and best practices.
    • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content
    and presentations.
    • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools.
    • Demonstrated leadership and team management experience.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects
    simultaneously.
