Join our on-site team as an AI Engineer (Generative & Agentic AI Focus), where you will be at the forefront of cutting-edge AI innovations in the fintech domain.

In this role, you'll leverage your 1+ years of professional experience to build, fine-tune, and deploy large language models (LLMs) and agentic AI systems that push the boundaries of what's possible in autonomous decision-making and natural language processing.

Your core mission is to design, develop, and implement advanced AI/ML solutions that utilize modern NLP techniques and frameworks.

By collaborating with cross-functional teams, you'll deliver innovative products and services ranging from generative text interfaces to autonomous agentic AI solutions that enhance customer experiences and drive business growth.

You're a problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, agile environment and excels at translating complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights.

You bring a collaborative mindset, strong attention to detail, and a deep curiosity for pushing the boundaries of AI capabilities.

Responsibilities :

- NLP Model Development : Fine-tune large language models (LLMs) for domain-specific applications and implement state-of-the-art NLP features.

- Generative & Agentic AI : Develop and deploy generative models (e., GPT, T5) and agentic AI systems capable of autonomous reasoning, decision-making, and action-planning.

- Frameworks & Libraries : Utilize deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow) and libraries like Hugging Face Transformers, Langchain, or OpenAI APIs to build, train, and serve NLP models.

- Collaboration & Communication : Work closely with product managers, software engineers, and UX designers to translate business needs into technical requirements and present findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Research & Innovation : Stay on top of the latest AI research, especially in NLP, Generative AI, and Agentic AI, and proactively identify opportunities to drive innovation within the organization's product lines.

Requirements :

- Self-motivated, proactive, and driven by innovation.

- A strong communicator with the ability to convey technical concepts clearly.

- Collaborative and comfortable working in cross-functional teams.

- At least 1 year of professional experience in NLP, machine learning, or related AI fields.

- A Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related technical discipline (or equivalent practical experience).

- Demonstrated proficiency with Generative AI (e., GPT, T5) and Agentic AI concepts.

- Hands-on expertise with Python and one or more deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow).

- Familiarity with Hugging Face Transformers, Langchain, or similar NLP libraries.

- Basic experience with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

Nice to have :

- Practical experience in fine-tuning LLMs, prompt engineering, and in-context learning.

- Contributions to open-source AI/ML projects.

- Experience deploying models on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
