Videographer / Video Editor

We are hiring for the role of Video Editor/Videographer

1. Video Production:

• Plan, shoot, and edit video content for various marketing platforms including Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and the company website.
• Operate cameras, lighting equipment, and audio devices to capture high-quality footage.
• Direct talent and guide video shoots to ensure desired outcomes.
• Conceptualize and plan video shoots based on project requirements.

2. Video Editing:

• Edit raw footage into polished, visually appealing videos using industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
• Incorporate graphics, effects, and transitions to enhance video quality.
• Collaborate with the creative team to align videos with project goals and brand guidelines.
• Use After Effects and other relevant tools for video enhancement.

3. Post-Production:

• Manage the post-production process, including color correction, audio enhancement, and final video formatting for distribution.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies to continuously improve video content quality.

4. Equipment Maintenance:

• Ensure all video production equipment is in good working condition and properly maintained.
• Troubleshoot technical issues during shoots and take corrective actions to minimize disruptions.

5. Collaboration:

• Work closely with marketing, content, and creative teams to understand project goals and deliver content that aligns with the companys brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with other videographers, photographers, and content creators to share ideas and best practices.

Required Qualifications:

• Fluent in both spoken and written English.
• Proven experience as a Videographer/Video Editor with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse video projects.
• Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
• Familiarity with camera equipment, lighting techniques, and audio recording.
• Strong creative and storytelling skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
