Job Description
- Solution Design: Analyze business requirements and design scalable Salesforce solutions to address complex business challenges.
- Development: Develop, customize, and deploy Salesforce applications and components using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other Salesforce technologies.
- Integration: Implement and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs, middleware, and other integration tools.
- Customization: Customize Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, record types, and workflows to align with business processes.
- Testing and Deployment: Conduct thorough testing of Salesforce solutions to ensure quality and reliability. Manage deployments using tools such as Change Sets, Salesforce CLI, or CI/CD pipelines.
- Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation of development processes, code, and configurations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and deliver effective solutions.
- Support and Maintenance: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Salesforce applications, addressing issues and implementing enhancements as needed.
- Best Practices: Adhere to Salesforce best practices and coding standards to ensure maintainable and efficient code.
- Certifications required: PD1 Certified
