Automation Tester

Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Quality Engineer with strong expertise in UFT as the primary tool, along with solid experience in Java Selenium automation. The ideal candidate will have a strong coding background in Java, expertise in automation frameworks, and the ability to work in a dynamic Agile environment.

Required Skills:

• Strong expertise in UFT as the primary automation tool.
• Minimum 2+ years of Java Selenium automation experience.
• Strong coding skills in Java (Core Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, or similar).
• Experience with Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or similar automation frameworks.
• Hands-on experience in API testing automation.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement test automation frameworks using UFT (primary) and Java Selenium.
• Build BDD scenarios with Cucumber, SpecFlow, or similar frameworks.
• Perform API automation using Postman, RestAssured, Karate, etc.
• Conduct cross-browser testing using SauceLabs, BrowserStack, etc.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins, Azure DevOps.
• Work with databases (SQL) and version control systems (Git).
• Define and report Quality Engineering metrics.
• Lead, mentor, and collaborate in an Agile environment.
