Server Virtualization Support

About the Role:

Looking for a Server Virtualization Support with minimum 5 years of experience in offering advanced support and troubleshooting for server virtualization environments.

Requirements:

• Experience in Server Virtualization technologies particularly VMware vSphere, ESXi and Microsoft Hyper-V.
• Skilled in managing, troubleshooting and optimizing virtualized systems to ensure high availability, performance, and security within platforms like VMware and Hyper-V.
• Proficient in VM provisioning, configuration and management including knowledge resource allocation, snapshots and storage.
• Familiarity with storage (SAN/NAS) and networking concepts as they relate to virtual environments.
• In-depth knowledge of monitoring tools for virtualization such as VMware vRealize Operations, SolarWinds, or Nagios and involvement with performance tuning.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting skills for diagnosing and resolving complex virtualization issues.
• Relevant certifications, such as VMware Certified Professional or Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator are highly preferred.
