Manager - HSE

• Knowledge to manage safety in Work at Height, Hot Work, confined Space work, lifting work, Maintenance work, LOTO, LOPC, end to end process of construction and maintenance in Airports, infrastructure, OIL/Gas and Mines projects.
• Experienced in Airports & High Rise Building, Hotels projects and work at Docks etc. in Steel and Precast structure.
• Skilled in handling multiple projects simultaneously with excellent management skills and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Skilled in prepare and implement HSE plan and safety and security managements strategies for multiple projects as coordinator and Extensive knowledge of detecting hazards and preparing safe work procedures for critical/targeted activities and implementing the mitigation plan and monitoring the progress.
• Implementation and coordinating team/contractors to liaison and complied as per company policy, DM guidelines, OHSMS, BOCW, CLRA, MW, PF, ESI, ISMW and employment exchange rules.
• Active Reporting to management for training/inspections schedule, Inspection reports and audit findings, facilitating the team for risk assessments of business and functions.
• Conducting HSE and security Induction program and job specific trainings for New Employees, Visitors and team, Daily Toolbox talk for co-workers.
• Conducting and Participate in Investigation of accidents, Incidents including near miss cases, reporting to concern stakeholders.
• Coordinating to implement the adopted framework for operating the Safety and security based on risk context, company policies and local/National legislations.
• Coordination for regular disposal of Scrap/waste material as per waste management legislations, BOCW Rules and Company policy.

Qualification : BE/B.Tech./Diploma

Experience : 8-10 years
