PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Execute marketing programs & campaigns that deliver on our broader business strategy. Be involved in the planning, lead requirements gathering, solution design, etc.. Create segmentation or audience lists in Salesforce/Pardot to execute email campaigns for various digital and offline marketing outreaches.
- Work closely with the cross functional teams; our content, marketing and communications teams to identify opportunities for partnerships and the right partners for executing those opportunities. Liaise with Sales and Product teams to identify the right contacts and touchpoints to be invited to webinars and in-person engagements.
- Create and manage email marketing campaigns, landing pages, and forms using Salesforce/Pardot. Evaluate event engagement, RSVP/response rate, audience turnaround, attrition, etc.. Measure performance of marketing campaigns to effectively communicate outcomes to stakeholders and assist in the development of performance dashboards.
- Conduct user training and actively promote user adoption of Salesforce campaigns and reports. Troubleshoot complex technical issues related to Salesforce campaigns, including email deliverability, synchronization, and integration issues.
- Contribute to ongoing quality and efficiency improvements. Create automations to execute lead nurture programs and automate lead routing.
PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS & PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS:
- BE/BTech/bachelor's degree with experience in Marketing ops/automation, digital analytics, and 3+ years of related work experience.
- Expertise in marketing and sales platforms Pardot, Salesforce,. Strong understanding of data base structures and queries to extract data (SQL, Alteryx, Snowflake preferred).
- Strong understanding of marketing KPIs, such as email marketing and marketing conversion metrics. Ability to create complex segmentation rules in Salesforce.
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to extract insights, create reports & dashboards (experience in Tableau preferred).. Experience in campaign implementation, configuration, data migration, and working with the Salesforce Connector.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Self-starter with a strong work ethic, results-oriented, and highly accountable with an entrepreneurial predisposition.
- Excellent verbal and written professional communication skills; [fluent in English]. Flexible with regards to working hours and time zones.
