Job Description
We are seeking a skilled SAP SuccessFactors HRIS Administrator to manage and maintain our HR systems. The ideal candidate will ensure data integrity, provide technical support, and support HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
System Management: Oversee the daily operation of SAP SuccessFactors, including system upgrades and maintenance.
Experience: Proven 2-4 years of experience in Employee Central & LMS modules.
Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues related to SAP SuccessFactors.
Hands-on leading the design, development, and execution of LMS and EC solutions, working with external vendors and consultants.
Serve as a focal point for system support (T2) for all system modules, including end user troubleshooting with issues related to business processes, RBP and reporting
Collaborate with everyone, but especially with Training, Recruiting, HR managers and identify needs and functionalities to improve HR systems/tools.
What to Have for this position:
Must have Skills: -
Experience: Previous experience as an SAP SuccessFactors Administrator or similar role.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with SAP SuccessFactors.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Human Resources, or a related field.
Project management proven experience- advantage
Experience with gathering requirements for HR processes
Good to have Skills:-
Knowledge of information systems.
Excellent communication. team player and training skills.
Fluent in English
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Self-learning ability
