Full Stack Developer - Python/React.js (4-6 yrs)

Location : Remote/Mumbai/Gurgaon.

Objectives of this Role :

- Communicate regularly with stakeholders, project managers, quality assurance teams, and other developers regarding progress on long-term technology roadmap.

- Implement design patterns and design frameworks and modules for faster development and a bug free delivery.

- Produce quality code, raising the bar for team performance and speed.

- Diagnose, troubleshoot and fix production level issues with Performance, Concurrency and Application availability.

Mandatory Skills :

- Write code and tests, build prototypes, resolve issues, profile performance and analyse bottlenecks in applications.

- Working with Virtual Machines and resources on the cloud.

- Optimize web applications for performance and scalability.

- Work with Django and Python to build robust frameworks, APIs and design patterns for applications.

- Develop, maintain, and optimize web applications using ReactJS, incorporating Redux, Saga, Tailwind, or their alternatives.

- Manage PostgreSQL database and optimizing the use of database connections and locks.

- Containerize and Deploy applications using Docker.

- Integrate 3 rd party APIs in Applications.

- Develop, deploy and monitor scheduled jobs using cronjobs, azure functions or equivalent.

- Contribute to Peer code reviews to publish bug free code.

- Work with Nginx web servers.

- Code collaboration with the team using Git.

Additional Preferred Skills :

- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in computer science.

- Develop, maintain, and optimize web applications and REST APIs with NodeJS.

- Manage and optimize scalable distributed systems on the cloud.

- Manage the MongoDB database and optimizing the use of database connections and locks.

- Experience working with MQTT architecture.

- Experience working with Microservice Architecture.

- Experience leading a team.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) or higher in computer science.

- Excellent foundation in computer science, algorithms, and web application development.

- 4+ years of combined experience working with Python, Django, ReactJS, NodeJS, and JavaScript & REST APIs.

- Experience working with Azure or AWS.

- Experience working with PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
