- Sourcing: Identify and attract qualified candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and databases.
- Screening: Review resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and assess candidate qualifications against job requirements.
- Scheduling: Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
- Onboarding: Participate in the onboarding process of new hires.
- Employer Branding: Contribute to building a strong employer brand.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and other HR tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- A passion for building relationships and connecting with people
- Ability to deliver under target and pressure and comfortable to stretch on timings as per deadline.
