Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage contract labour management, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  
• Oversee PF (Provident Fund) and ESIC (Employee State Insurance Corporation) processes for employees.
  
• Coordinate with HR team to ensure smooth recruitment process, including scrum calls.
  
• Maintain accurate records of employee attendance, leaves, and other relevant documents.
  
• Ensure timely submission of statutory returns and reports to relevant authorities.
