Investor Relations Manager - FMCD (7-14 yrs)

This role is with a leading Multinational FMCD Company.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Communication - Serve as main contact for Investors analysts and stakeholders

2. Financial disclosure - Prepare and disseminate financial report, press release and other important communication from company to investing public

3. Investor Engagement - Build and maintain relationship with Investors , Analysts and stakeholders

4. Market intelligence - Monitor stock and money market trend, analysts report & competitors activity

5. Messaging - develop and maintain effective presentation ( internal & External )

6. Investors Events - Coordinate all investors event , conferences and road shows

7. Compliance - Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements of SEBI , Stock Exchanges and all capital market intermediaries

8. Strategy making - Investor relation strategy

Preferred:

1. Must have worked in the Investor relationship department of reputed Listed company in India for at least 5~7 Years

2. Must have sound financial knowledge & analytical skill

3. Ability to work under pressure & meeting deadline

4. Experience with financial & compliance software & system
