HR Manager - LAP

Location - Bangalore (Karnataka)

Experience Level - Minimum 5 - 10 Years of Experience in Bulk Hiring , Non -IT hirings, Volume Hiring)

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to build a strong field team for LAP sales across Karnataka.
• Source, Interview and select candidates for the open positions of Secured lending Team
• Initiate Onboarding and arrange training programs to align new hires with company goals
• Leverage an understanding of Loan against property (LAP) products to ensure candidates fit the profile
• Maintain and present weekly recruitment reports and hiring dashboards to senior management.
• Fluency in Local Language - Kannada, English and Hindi is added an advantage.
• Strong decision making abilities
• Familiarity with local market and rural banking / finance eco system.
• Minimum 4-5 Branch Visit in a month
• Preferred Male candidates only
