HR Manager

Job description

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes to attract and hire top talent.

• Oversee payroll processing and ensure timely disbursement of salaries.

• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to HR.

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to enhance employee engagement.

• Support management in performance management and employee relations.

Role & responsibilities

• Conduct recruitment drives and manage the selection process.

• Administer payroll and maintain accurate employee records.

• Ensure adherence to labor laws and compliance with PF, ESIC, and other statutory
requirements.

• Facilitate training and development programs for employees.

• Assist in resolving employee grievances and fostering a positive work environment

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in HR, preferably in a corporate environment.

• Strong knowledge of payroll systems and legal compliance.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
