Job Description

We are currently looking for an HR Intern to be based in our Bangalore Office . You will provide assistance in different HR activities: Recruitment, Operations, Employee Engagement, payroll, etc.

What we are looking for:

Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
Demonstrated ability to remain unbiased in a diverse working environment
Fluent in english (C1 Level is preferred)
Precise, punctual in carrying out the activities, flexible and with spirit of adaptation in dynamic reality, in strong growth.

Key Areas Of Responsibility:

Support the team in Recruitment.
Work with the HR in planning employee engagement activities, CSR, etc
Work with HR Manager in maintaining Employee database, onboarding-offboarding, payroll, etc
Oversee the correct flux of information within HR system related the employees (hirings & leavings, contract, role and compensation changes, payroll etc;

Education
