- Assisted in managing the FMCG category, focusing on biscuits, package foods,confectionery,andsnacks.

- Monitored daily GMV and margins

- Optimized pricing, schemes, and offers. by running banners and PC to increase the MAU & increase the conversion

- Price negotiation with suppliers to increase our margins

- Reducing the OOS issue by 30% by analyzing the root cause of the problem & improving customer experience

- Enhancing fill rate through precise estimation and strategic planning
