- Job Description: Inside Sales Associate

- Location: Nehru Place, New Delhi

- Experience: 2-3 years (on paper)

- Job Type: Full-time

- Working Days: Monday to Saturday

- Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:30 PM

- Note: On Saturdays, we usually wrap up early from the office.

- Immediate Joiners Preferred

- Laptop: Candidate must have a personal laptop for official use

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate and qualify leads through both inbound and outbound activities.

- Handle customer inquiries, ensuring excellent communication both verbally and in writing.

- Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients to promote retention and sales.

- Effectively manage the sales process from initial inquiry to closing, ensuring a seamless experience for customers.

- Work closely with the team to meet and exceed sales targets.

- Provide detailed and accurate sales reports, track performance, and follow up with clients regularly.

- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing their queries and offering the best possible solutions.

- Collaborate with other team members to optimize sales strategies and improve overall performance.

Skills & Qualifications:

- 2-3 years of experience in inside sales or a similar role.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong customer handling experience and a proven track record in managing client relationships.

- A team player who can work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

- Ability to handle customer queries, objections, and concerns effectively.

- A stable work record and strong focus on achieving targets.

- Quick learner with strong problem-solving abilities.

- Experience in sales CRM tools is a plus.

- Must have a personal laptop for official use.
