Role & responsibilities

Campus Hiring Strategy & Execution:- Develop and implement a campus hiring strategy aligned with the company's talent needs. Build relationships with key universities, colleges, and academic institutions to establish strong campus recruitment programs. Coordinate on-campus recruitment events, such as career fairs, company presentations, and student engagement activities. Lead the full campus recruitment cycle: from promoting job openings, screening resumes, interviewing candidates, to final hiring.

Sourcing & Talent Acquisition:- Proactively source and attract qualified candidates through job boards, social media platforms, networking events, and direct outreach.

Collaboration with Hiring Managers

Internship & Graduate Programs

Data Management & Reporting:

Preferred candidate profile

Experience - 3+ Years in recruiting with campus hiring

Education - GRADUATE /BMS/MMS HR OR PGDM
