Executive HRBP

Role & responsibilities

• Manage the entire life cycle of employees from Joining , Background Verification, Confirmation, Mediclaim, Performance Management/Appraisals , Grievance Handling, Employee Attendance and HRIS related queries .
• Oversee Employee Connect Program.
• Be the first SPOC from HR to manage and resolve all employee queries.
• Closely coordinate with Insurance broker to keep tap over employee claims and their queries.
• Coordinate to plan out sessions for employees in tandem with the Insurance broker.
• Prepare MIS as and when required.

Skills/Experience

a) 2-3 years of HRBP experience preferably in SAAS/IT organsiation.

b) Masters in HR mandatory

c) Good verbal and written communication skills

d) Experience in HRMIS and report making, hands-on with Ms-excel.
