IT Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
• Coordinate with department heads to understand recruitment needs and develop job descriptions.
• Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and recruitment agencies.
• Conduct initial interviews and coordinate further assessments or interviews with department heads.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and build relationships with potential future hires.
• Manage the onboarding process to ensure a smooth integration of new employees.
