Job Description

'- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies
- Source and attract candidates by utilizing various platforms such as job boards, social media, and professional networks
- Conduct initial screenings of resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
- Conduct interviews, both in person and over the phone, to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit
- Assist in developing and implementing effective candidate evaluation tools and techniques
- Maintain candidate databases and ensure accurate records are kept throughout the recruitment process, 
- Coordinate interview schedules and communicate regularly with candidates to provide updates on their application status
- Participate in job fairs and other networking events to promote our company and attract potential candidates.
