Job Title : HR Executive

Location : Vishakhapatnam ( Madhurawada )

Experience: 0-8 yrs(1 position)

Work Mode: Work from office

Availability : Immediate- 15 Days

Roles & Responsibilities:

• HR Policies (Mandatory skill): Knowledge of basic HR policies and practices to maintain compliance and consistency.
• Attention to Detail (Mandatory skill): Ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in all HR documentation and reports.
• Onboarding: Facilitating a smooth onboarding process to integrate new employees into the company culture efficiently.
• Employee Relations: Building positive relationships and understanding employee needs to foster a supportive work environment.
• Support the onboarding process by preparing necessary documentation and conducting orientations for new hires.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities for effective interaction with employees and management.
• Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently to meet deadlines and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Microsoft Office: Proficient in basic MS Office tools for maintaining records and preparing HR-related documents.
• Provide support in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
• Facilitate communication between employees and management to address HR inquiries and issues.
• Assist in the preparation of HR-related reports and presentations for senior management.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and suggest innovative practices.

Good communication skills in Hindi and English is required
