Key skills for the job
1. To create and post job advertisements on various platforms and job boards.
2. To screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates, qualifications and fit for the roles.
3. To manage the full recruitment cycle, including scheduling interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, documenting, and extending job offers.
4. To maintain employee data in the form of hard copies in individual files.
5. To draft HR letters (offer letter, appointment letter, non-disclosure agreement, and confirmation letter based on the templates).
6. To save HR-related documents (interviewed documents, letters, BGV reports, invoices, employee documents, and PMS files) in their respective folders in the DMS system and maintain them.
7. To update and upload recruitment and interview trackers in DMS.

1. Should have excellent communication and writing skills in English.
2. Should have multi-tasking skills.
3. Should have good interpersonal skills.
4. Should have strong follow-up skills.
5. Should have good co-ordination and negotiation skills.
