Roles and Responsibilities

1. Candidate from Kosamba, Ankleshwar, Bharuch will be preferred.

2. Manage employee onboarding process, including induction and orientation activities.
3. Ensure timely completion of joining formalities for new employees.
4. Develop and implement effective HR policies to maintain a positive work environment.
5. Oversee attendance management systems to track employee hours worked.
6. Coordinate leave requests and manage leave records accurately.
