Executive HR

Apeejay Education Society is seeking a dynamic and proactive Executive HR with 2-4 years of experience, based in Delhi, to drive end-to-end recruitment processes and support key HR functions.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and extending offers.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for various roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide timely hiring solutions.

2. HR Software:

• Utilize and manage HR software to streamline recruitment workflows, track candidate progress, and generate recruitment reports.
• Ensure accurate data entry and maintain up-to-date records in the softwar.

3. Onboarding:

• Facilitate seamless onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring all documentation, induction, and orientation activities are completed.
• Act as a point of contact for new employees during their initial phase.

4. Employee Verification:

• Conduct thorough background and reference checks for selected candidates.

5. Stakeholder Engagement:

• Collaborate with department heads to align recruitment efforts with organizational goals.
• Build strong professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

6. HR Coordination:

• Support broader HR initiatives such as employee engagement, performance management, and training programs as needed.
• Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS and assist in HR reporting.
