Roles & Responsibilities:
- Plays the role of HR Business partner and effectively implement the HR strategy across the SL / SSL.
- Acts as a strategic consultant and trusted advisor to the leadership team on all talent related issues.
- Periodically review organization structure for consistency with company's strategy and efficacy of outputs.
- Strengthen the Talent strategy within the SL / SSL, focusing on attracting, developing, and retaining talent in line with the business and client requirements and leads towards creating a pipeline of talent for succession.
- Effectively drive the succession management process of the company.
- Develops and implements plans and actions to improve employee engagement and manager effectiveness, and foster inclusion.
- Develop a comprehensive leadership capability building plan focusing a robust approach and effectiveness.
- Partner with business leaders, Learning COE lead and learning partners to co-create the Learning Plan for the SL / SSL to ensure that learning interventions are aligned with the business requirement, efficient and cost-effective.
- Work with ITCI COE Leads and implement comprehensive compensation and benefits rollout, that are competitive and cost-effective and recognition through awards, differentiated compensation and growth opportunities linked to performance and Retention Maintain an effective program of compliance with laws and regulations related to human resources.
- Remain current with employment laws and regulations for the SL.
