Looking for an immediate joiner for an HR Business Partner (HRBP) role based in Mumbai. The incumbent will be responsible for managing HRBP functions across multiple businesses within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic HR Partnership:
- Act as a consultant to business leaders, understanding their needs and aligning HR strategies accordingly.
- Provide insights on workforce planning, talent acquisition, and retention strategies.
- Drive organizational change management initiatives in collaboration with leadership.
2. Talent Management & Development:
- Identify key talent and implement leadership development programs.
- Work closely with Learning & Development teams to enhance employee skillsets.
- Develop succession planning strategies to ensure business continuity.
3. Employee Engagement & Culture Building:
- Foster a high-performance culture through employee engagement initiatives.
- Conduct regular pulse surveys and analyze data to enhance workplace satisfaction.
- Act as a champion for diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives.
4. Performance Management:
- Implement and oversee the performance management framework.
- Provide coaching and support to managers in driving performance excellence.
- Address performance-related challenges and facilitate PIP (Performance Improvement Plans) when required.
5. Employee Relations & Compliance:
- Act as a mediator in resolving employee grievances and conflicts.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Partner with legal and compliance teams on HR-related risks.
6. Compensation & Benefits:
- Support compensation benchmarking and market analysis to ensure competitive pay structures.
- Provide insights on incentive programs and rewards to drive employee motivation.
7. HR Operations & Analytics:
- Leverage HR data and analytics to provide actionable insights to business leaders.
- Track HR metrics like attrition, engagement, and productivity to drive continuous improvements.
- Optimize HR processes for better efficiency and employee experience.
