The Role

We are seeking a seasoned HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our dynamic team and provide strategic HR support to our ports business. The employee will play a critical role in developing and implementing HR initiatives that attract, develop, and retain top talent, while ensuring compliance with all labor laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage performance management System
• Partner with business leaders to understand their strategic goals and develop HR strategies that align with those goals.
• Provide expert guidance and support on all aspects of the employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and employee relations.
• Develop and implement effective talent management programs to attract, develop, and retain top talent within the Manufacturing business.
• Ensure compliance with state, and local employment laws and regulations.
• Stay up-to-date on HR trends and best practices relevant to the Manufacturing industry.
• Proactively identify and address HR risks and opportunities within the Manufacturing business.
• Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.
