Overview:


The HR & Administration Assistant will provide support in the daily operations of the human resources and administrative departments. This entry-level role is ideal for a recent graduate looking to start their career in HR and administration. The assistant will handle a variety of tasks, including recruitment, employee records management, office administration, and other duties as assigned by the HR Manager.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing orientation materials and conducting initial training sessions.
  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Help with organizing employee engagement activities, company events and meetings.
  • Assist in administering employee benefits programs and responding to employee inquiries.
  • Ensure proper documentation and filing of employee records.
  • Assist in preparing reports and presentations as needed.
  • Help maintain compliance with labor laws and company policies.

General Support:

  • Provide administrative support to the HR Manager and other department heads as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the efficient operation of the office.

Qualifications:

  • Masters in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • A proactive and positive attitude, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.

Work Environment:

  • Full-time position based in the corporate office.
  • Standard office hours with occasional flexibility as needed.
  • Collaborative work environment with opportunities for professional growth and development.

Reporting Structure:

Reports to the HR & Administration Manager.
