Overview:
The HR & Administration Assistant will provide support in the daily operations of the human resources and administrative departments. This entry-level role is ideal for a recent graduate looking to start their career in HR and administration. The assistant will handle a variety of tasks, including recruitment, employee records management, office administration, and other duties as assigned by the HR Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing orientation materials and conducting initial training sessions.
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Help with organizing employee engagement activities, company events and meetings.
- Assist in administering employee benefits programs and responding to employee inquiries.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of employee records.
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations as needed.
- Help maintain compliance with labor laws and company policies.
General Support:
- Provide administrative support to the HR Manager and other department heads as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the efficient operation of the office.
Qualifications:
- Masters in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- A proactive and positive attitude, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
