Job Overview

The Customer Relationship and Feedback Executive will be responsible for building strong customer relationships by reaching out to clients for feedback, addressing their concerns, and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services. This role is key to maintaining a high level of customer engagement and improving customer retention by proactively gathering insights and enhancing the overall experience.

Key Responsibilities

• CUSTOMER FEEDBACK CALLS: Reach out to customers to gather feedback on their experiences with our products and services.
• CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT: Build and maintain positive relationships with clients through regular communication.
• FOLLOW-UP COORDINATION: Ensure timely follow-ups on feedback received, addressing concerns, and escalating issues to the relevant teams when necessary.
• FEEDBACK REPORTING: Compile, analyze, and present customer feedback to the management team to help improve products and services.
• CLIENT OUTREACH: Proactively contact customers to inform them about new collections, offers, or updates relevant to their interests.
• CUSTOMER SUPPORT ASSISTANCE: Assist the sales and customer support teams in resolving customer queries and concerns.
• CRM DATA MAINTENANCE: Update and maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
• IMPROVEMENT SUGGESTIONS: Provide actionable suggestions to the management team based on customer feedback to enhance customer satisfaction.

IMPORTANT REQUIREMENTS

• EXCELLENT FLUENCY IN ENGLISH IS A MUST.
• THIS IS NOT A DESK JOB. You will work with CRM software but may also be asked to interact with in-store customers for feedback.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric attitude.
• Basic knowledge of the textile/fashion industry is preferred but not mandatory.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• 1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or client management roles is preferred.
