About the Role
As a Business Operations Analyst in Chennai, you have a win-win opportunity: Use your skills to implement integrated solutions, then grow your own career through a variety of paths inside one of the world s leading technology companies.
What can you expect?
As a Business Operations Analyst
- You would be managing end to end order management and customer engagement for Greater Asia channel partners/customers
- Deliver enhanced partner/Customer experience on aspects of order processing. Responsible to ensure high customer satisfaction scores related to OM
- Ensure proactive tracking and monitoring of order fulfilment issues, ensure appropriate fixes are in place and communicate to stakeholders
- Periodic review with business leaders, key partners on metrics, operational issues and improvement of key metrics
- Strong knowledge on reporting and analytics to draw attention to key insights and issues
You would be the right fit if you have:
- Associate or bachelor s degree preferred.
- Advanced knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent understanding and 6+ years experience in order management process
- Advanced written and verbal skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Deep understanding of different Analytical tools and required process skills
- Exposure and good knowledge with OM , Supply chain and logistics functions
- Working Knowledge of End-to-End Order Management Process with In-Depth understanding of Metrics associated
- Fair Knowledge on L2C Process and the interventions involved
- Good Presentation skills and knowledge of SharePoint are desired
- Exposure to any automation projects for process improvement desired
- Proven ability to independently drive projects working with various stakeholders
