- Has proven full time working experience of 1-2 years in graphic design.
- Proficient with design software like Photoshop, Illustrator, Coral draw etc
- Has a data-driven mindset and a creative heart
- Thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
- You are a highly goal-oriented individual and have excellent communication skills
- You are opinionated, curious, and a strong problem solver
- Strong team management skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Work with your fellow designers and assigned copywriters to create new and refreshing designs and creatives on assigned brands
- Create functional design solutions that cut across platforms (Social Media, Website, E-mailers, Offline Collaterals, etc)
- Brainstorm and ideate design creatives with your brand teams
- Ensure smooth functioning of design operations on your assigned brands
- Most importantly, you will push yourself to deliver quality
It s important that work goes beyond task lists and deadlines. You ll be entering a workplace, packed with creative individuals. Learning will be exponential, we ll make sure of it too. Weekly learning sessions as well as conversations with the founders will only add to your skillset and perspective.
