Job Description:- Technician/Engineer - Fire Alarm & CCTV Systems

1. Work Schedule: o Day and night shifts (rotational). o 6-day workweek. 2. Key Responsibilities: o Installation, configuration, and maintenance of fire alarm systems and CCTV systems. o Regular inspection and preventive maintenance of systems. o Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues promptly. o Testing of installed systems to meet standards. o Documentation of system performance, maintenance logs, and reports. 3. Additional Skills: o Knowledge of ELV systems such as access control, public address systems or IT will be an advantage. o Ability to adapt and handle multiple ELV systems will be an advantage. 4. Technical Proficiency: o Hands-on experience with fire alarm and CCTV brands. (Notifier/Honeywell/Hikvision/VMS) o Familiarity with wiring, programming, and system integration. 5. Qualifications: o Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Electronics, or a related field. o Relevant certifications in fire alarm or CCTV systems are preferred. 6. Experience: o Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role. 7. Soft Skills: o Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. o Ability to work independently and as part of a team. o Good communication and reporting skills. 8. Other Requirements: o Flexibility to work in rotational shifts. o Willingness to travel locally for site work if required.
