CCTV & Alarm Security Systems Support Engineer

1. Installation & Configuration:

• Install, configure, and test CCTV systems, alarm systems, access control, and other electronic security devices.

2. Maintenance & Troubleshooting:

• Perform routine maintenance to ensure system reliability.

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.

3. Customer Support:

• Provide on-site and remote support to clients for technical queries and operational issues.

• Conduct system demonstrations and user training when required.

4. Documentation:

• Maintain detailed records of installations, maintenance, and service activities.

• Prepare reports on system performance and technical support cases.

5. System Integration:

• Ensure seamless integration of security systems with existing infrastructure, including network and power systems.

• Collaborate with the technical team for upgrades or customizations.

6. Compliance & Standards:
